Job Description

JOB PURPOSE


Ensuring delivery of the day to day running of site surveying and analytical operations, ensuring the company delivers services effectively, profitably and in full accordance with Ensafe Consultants policies, procedures, and quality systems. This will include efficient deployment of staff, overseeing and reviewing of projects from commencement to completion, and staff management including training, communication, appraisals, motivation, discipline, and development. Ultimately you will be responsible for creating a working environment which encourages company success by maintaining a high standard of work efficiency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Through the close management of site staff, you will be expected to improve staff development and retention at the same time ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard, enabling Ensafe to improve profitability.


Reviewing route planning, hotel usage and overtime to drive down operating costs, whilst improving efficiency, achieving both client and staff satisfaction.


Execute accurate pre-contract planning, communicate to all members of staff, complete post contract reviews and ensure related KPI's and management information is completed to further develop the business.


The role involves identifying, investigating and being aware of challenges or problems and actively seeking solutions and implementing these in communication with the whole of the business.
