Job Description: 


Job Purpose

Management of asbestos and non-asbestos contracts ensuring compliance, client and commercial expectations are met or exceeded.


Conduct site assessments and collate the necessary information to accurately compile quotations and proposals

Compiling accurate and detailed quotations and proposals for any size project or complexity

Attend client meetings to provide consultancy, advice and to maximise the opportunity

Compile job specific method statements, risk assessments and notifications ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation

Produce project programmes, budget trackers and action plans to allow effective management and reporting of projects

Identify and report any project variations in line with contract requirements

Provide weekly reports on all aspects of each project

Ensure supervisors and teams are briefed on the requirements of each project so all works are carried out in line with all PoW’s, programme and budget

Ensure completion of all operational and management processes

Ensure that projects are delivered compliantly; in line with clients expectations; to programme and budget

Identify opportunities to eliminate waste to enable work to be carried out in a ‘lean’ and efficient manner

Manage workforce allocated to your projects to ensure effective delivery

Client relationship management and development of business and opportunities

Report any Health and Safety, technical, commercial and people issues to the relevant person within a timely manner

Attend regular internal meetings and report as necessary

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

All required information gathered to compile accurate quotations and proposals

Good client relationships

Opportunities for improvements identified through regular communication with site staff and self-audits on site

Produce method statements and risk assessments  with zero errors and ensure clearly communicated and followed by site teams

Delivery of expected margin for each project

Delivery of projects within programme

Timely variation reporting to clients

Meeting clients expectations

Accurate and detailed tracking and  reporting

Successful audits of relevant processes

Provide suggestions for improvement and assist in the deployment

To gain respect and credibility

Report issues through the correct channels and in a timely manner
