Asbestos Building Surveys Ltd are an established and reputable UKAS Accredited asbestos surveying practice based in East Kilbride, Scotland. We are seeking an experienced asbestos surveyor to undertake all types of asbestos surveying, with a varied and often unusual portfolio of properties, and a growing client list. To be considered for the position of asbestos surveyor you should be P402 qualified with asbestos surveying experience on a range of building types. Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications, plus vehicle, paid overtime and additional benefits. Duties and Responsibilities: • Undertaking asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Pre-demolition surveys • Project management and preparation of asbestos management plans • Technical report writing • Client liaison • Providing clients with asbestos and health and safety advice • Working on sites across the UK References will be requested and you must be CRB checked, hold a CSCS card, a full UK driving licence and have a flexible approach to working away from home on occasions when requested.
