Our Client is a UKAS accredited company who has won an award for its success. They specialises in the field of asbestos surveying, consultancy and fire risk assessments. They provide specialist services and consultancy services that enable clients to effectively deal with the health risks posed by both factors. An independent, private company are now looking for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor in the London area.
They provide fast, definitive asbestos records which will ensure the most effective management programmes available.
All of their personnel hold the necessary vocational qualification P402, building surveys and bulk sampling for asbestos and all works are carried out in accordance with HSG264: asbestos: the survey guide and the control of asbestos regulation 2006.
They are looking to employ an Asbestos Surveyors immediately to provide Management and Refurbishment surveys.
The successful candidates need to have a BOHS P402 certificate and be able to survey in accordance with HSG264.
They are looking to expand the company in the Legionella sector therefore an interest in this area would be ideal.
Salary will be dependent on experience but competitive. You will be provided with a company van.
