A P402 qualified asbestos surveyor is required for an ongoing contract in the Norwich area with a major housing association. You will be required to carry out management type surveys of residential properties in the area. All of the work will be in Norwich, hence this would ideally suit someone looking for a longterm stable contract. Duties will include.
You will be paid regardless of any missed appointments, traffic etc, however you will be expected to achieve an average of 4 to 5 units per day which will be reviewed on a weekly basis. All of the work will reviewed on a weekly basis. Appointments will be prebooked centrally for you.
candidate requirements You must hold the P402 qualification whilst you will have a minimum of 6 months surveying experience as a lead surveyor. You will have all of your own equipment and transportation.
