DMW Environmental Safety Ltd is one of the UK’s largest independent Health, Safety Environmental Building Compliance Consultancies, whose client list includes a wide range of industries from leading blue chip companies through to local authorities and Residential Social Landlords. Due to our continued expansion we are currently seeking to recruit both experienced asbestos surveyors and analysts based at either our West Midlands office or regional Office near Bristol. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be expected to have a clear and precise strategy regarding our UKAS standards and the quality expected of you. Your tasks will include reporting on the conditions of the building as well as having the ability to make quantified risk assessment as well as recommendations to ensure legal compliances are met.
Candidates should have a knowledge of the Asbestos Industry with a P402 minimum qualification and/or P403, P404 or S301 qualification as well as a proven track record in surveying for asbestos within buildings.
With the ability to work alone or as part of a team, the successful applicants must possess good communication skills and have a flexible approach.
