Job: Asbestos Analyst, London M25 region, home based, Flexible employment terms
My client are a fully independent family run business where all of the directors hold the Certificate of Competence in Asbestos and can draw on 35 years plus experience within the asbestos Industry.
The UKAS accredited laboratory meets the technical requirements that are necessary to consistently deliver technically valid test results & calibrations, whilst my client are proud of these very high standards they continuously deliver. The management system meets the strict ISO 9001 standards.
The workload tends to be quite varied and interesting whilst amongst the site you will be monitoring will be government buildings, pre construction sites and industrial units.
You will be required to carry out the following but not limited to duties.

You will be a P403 & P404 qualified analyst who has a demonstrable track record in asbestos management.
Due to the urgency of the work my client are willing to consider any suitable candidate on a flexible employment basis, i.e. as a permanent staff member or on a retained or nonretained agency contract. You will ideally be based within the M25 region and be able to commute to any locations within it.
As this is a family run company and a home based role you will be given a greater degree of work flexibility to compliment your personal life, i.e. You will not be required to sign in the office on days when jobs are not booked in for you or have been cancelled.
A candidate with a P402 qualification will also get the opportunity to survey regularly also.
