Job Description:	We have a position available within the Onsite Division for an Analyst or Laboratory Technician, dependant upon relevant qualifications and work experience. The Analyst role will involve undertaking analysis in a wide range of materials for asbestos, entering accurate and timely results onto the Company LIMS system and developing UKAS accredited quantification methods. Other duties will include processing samples and data in accordance with our Quality Management Systems and maintaining the analytical instrumentation and equipment. The successful candidate will be P401 qualified, with proven relevant analytical experience and knowledge of asbestos analysis. A qualification in P403 and experience of the environmental industry would be an advantage. Salary £16,200 to £19,400 per annum The Laboratory Technician role will involve undertaking analysis in a wide range of materials for asbestos, entering accurate and timely results onto the Company LIMS system, assisting with method development, assisting with the maintenance of analytical instrumentation and other associated support tasks. The successful candidate will be P401 qualified, with the ability to work as part of a team. Salary £13,300 to £14,800 per annum The successful candidates will be conversant with working in a fast paced environment, have good attention to detail, be PC literate and have strong organisational skills.
